The Opal Plush Extended Headboard Bed Frame features a wide, gently curved headboard with distinctive vertical panel detailing. Upholstered in plush fabric, the Opal combines a generously sized headboard with a simple, low-profile bed base. Its headboard extends 20 inches beyond the frame on each side, giving the bed a broader appearance without increasing the width of the sleeping area.

The Opal's standout feature is its curved upholstered headboard. A narrow section of vertical padded panels runs down the centre, while larger plain upholstered sections extend towards either side.

The headboard has a softly arched upper edge, with its highest point above the central panels and a gentle downward slope towards the outer corners. This combination of curved and straight detailing gives the Opal a distinctive appearance without buttons, metallic strips or other decorative fittings.

The bed is finished with matching plush upholstery around the base and a simple, low foot end that keeps the focus on the headboard.

The Opal features an extended headboard that measures 40 inches wider than the nominal bed width, with an additional 20 inches on both the left and right sides. The wider headboard creates a substantial backdrop behind the bed, making the Opal particularly suitable for bedrooms with enough wall space to accommodate its extended design.

Please check the total headboard width before ordering, especially if you have bedside tables, fitted wardrobes or limited space around the bed.
