What time do I need to order for next day delivery? +

For next day delivery, order before 2 PM Monday to Thursday. For Saturday delivery, order before 12 PM on Friday. Orders placed after these times will be delivered the next available working day.

Will the driver call me before delivery? +

Yes! Our drivers call all customers approximately 1 hour before arrival. This gives you time to prepare and ensures you're available. If you miss the call, they'll try again before proceeding.

Can I choose a specific delivery time? +

We offer 2-hour delivery windows for next day service and 4-hour windows for scheduled deliveries. Our team will confirm your window when they contact you before delivery.

Do you deliver to apartments and flats? +

Yes, we deliver to all residential properties. Please inform us of any access restrictions, stairs, or lift requirements when ordering so we can prepare appropriately.

Which areas do you deliver to? +

We deliver throughout Scotland with next day service to most areas. Central Scotland gets next day delivery, while Highlands and Islands may take 2-3 days. Contact us for specific area information.

How much does assembly service cost? +

Our assembly pricing is simple and transparent:

  • Single bed/furniture item: £30
  • Two beds/furniture items: £50 (save £10)
  • Three or more items: £80
  • Free assembly on selected products or orders of 3-4 beds/over £1,500
How long does assembly take? +

Most bed assemblies take 45-90 minutes. Wardrobes and larger furniture may take 2-3 hours. Our team works efficiently to complete the job properly while minimizing disruption.

Do I need to be home during assembly? +

Yes, an adult (18+) must be present during the entire assembly process for security and to ensure we can consult with you about placement preferences.

What if parts are missing or damaged? +

Our technicians will identify any missing or damaged parts immediately. We'll contact you to arrange replacements through our service team at no additional cost for the assembly visit.

Do you sell bed accessories separately? +

Yes! We offer a wide range of bed accessories that can be purchased separately:

  • Mattress protectors - Waterproof and hypoallergenic options

How do I choose the right mattress? +

Consider these factors when choosing a mattress:

Do you offer mattress trials? +

Yes, most of our mattresses come with a 100-night trial period. If you're not completely satisfied within 100 nights, you can return the mattress for a full refund or exchange. Some conditions apply - see individual product pages for details.

What sizes of beds do you offer? +

We offer all standard UK bed sizes:

  • Single: 90cm x 190cm (3ft x 6ft3)
  • Small Double: 120cm x 190cm (4ft x 6ft3)
  • Double: 135cm x 190cm (4ft6 x 6ft3)
  • King: 150cm x 200cm (5ft x 6ft6)
  • Super King: 180cm x 200cm (6ft x 6ft6)
  • Emperor: 200cm x 200cm (6ft6 x 6ft6)

Custom sizes are also available upon request.

What does the 5-year warranty cover? +

Our comprehensive 5-year warranty covers:

  • Manufacturing defects in materials
  • Structural frame issues
  • Spring mechanism failures
  • Foam degradation beyond normal wear
  • Stitching and seam defects
  • Support system failures
  • Assembly hardware defects

How do I make a warranty claim? +

To make a warranty claim:

  2. Provide your purchase details and product serial number
  3. Describe the issue and provide photos if possible
  4. Our technician will assess the issue
  5. We'll provide a solution: repair, part replacement, or exchange if applicable
Is the warranty transferable? +

Yes, the warranty follows the product, not the original purchaser. If you sell your bed, the new owner needs to register the transfer with us and provide the original purchase documentation to activate the remaining warranty period.

What's your returns policy? +

We offer a 14-day returns policy for unused items in original packaging. Mattresses have a 100-night trial period. Returns are subject to a collection fee, and custom/special order items cannot be returned unless faulty. Contact us within 14 days of delivery to initiate a return.

What payment methods do you accept? +

We accept all major payment methods:

  • Bank transfer (for large orders)
  • Finance options available (subject to approval)

You can change or cancel your order free of charge if you contact us before it's dispatched (usually within 2 hours of ordering). Once dispatched, changes may incur additional fees. Yes, we offer flexible finance options through our partners. Typically available for orders over £500, with options for 0% interest over 6-12 months or longer terms with interest. Apply at checkout - you'll get an instant decision. Finance is subject to status and available to UK residents aged 18+.

When will I receive my order confirmation? +

You'll receive an order confirmation email immediately after placing your order. If you don't see it, check your spam/junk folder. You'll receive a second email with tracking information once your order is dispatched. If you haven't received either email within 2 hours, please contact us.
